Hi, I'm Verl Workman, co-founder of Pinnacle Quest Consulting (also known in some circles as Virtual Verl.) :-) For the past 9 years I have been helping agents and brokers take their businesses to new heights by helping them identify, understand and implement technology and sales strategies that really work.

My company, Pinnacle Quest, is constantly evaluating and analyzing new technologies and trends to ensure we remain on the leading edge of technology and techniques so you don't waste your time with the rest. Likewise, we help new and emerging technology companies bring their products and services to the real estate vertical through consulting, coaching, professional speaking and sales training.

When I first began working with agents and brokers, technology was a novelty to impress clients with one's knowledge of Internet marketing. Today it's an expectation. It's not okay anymore to simply show up and talk about technology with your clients, they'll see right through it. You must be able to walk the walk and really use it to your full advantage.

That's what this blog is all about ' Getting Real Results from technology.

I love real estate and as I have continued to establish myself as a speaker, consultant, entrepreneur and coach I have kept my real estate license active and continue to produce results using the tools, technology and strategies I teach. I consider technology my unfair competitive advantage in every environment in real estate including, listing, working with buyers, presenting offers, prospecting and having a life! I'm passionate about technology but I also believe you don't have to be a "geek" to be successful in real estate today (although it's always good to know one.)

This blog series is a great way for me to share with you what's working for agents around North America and my opinions on emerging technology.
