Although sentenced in October for a 15-year prison term that was scheduled to start on October 13, 2006 Stuart Wolff is still a free man. A U.S. District Court judge ruled that he was not a flight risk and can remain out of federal custody while he pursues his appeal based on a substantial question of law or fact.
