Newcomer to real estate, Vast.com this week acquired the assets (multiple feeds from MLS Boards across the country) of ARES (Adaptive Real Estate Sources) after buyers Edgio failed to pay make good on their purchase. Watch Vast as they are in my opinion a definite player.
