This is a must watch video and is available through the courtesy of the California Association of Realtors.

The program is called "Futurecast: Visionaries Discuss Technology in a Shifting Market" and took place in Long Beach, California on October 17th, 2006.

Just get some routine paperwork going and rev up this video. I'm sure you will find this panel both informative and entertaining!
