After 22 years in the business, I still spend January making sure that I go back to the basics and remind myself what kept me in business so long. My daughter has just joined me on the mortgage side and has reminded me just how much we must know in order to do our job! Thanks for the article.
it's really not enought to just get that pre-license education. when you get to the real world, you'll find you almost don't know anything. i think the best way to learn is through experience.
