About
Philip Schoewe; his real estate career began in 1977 after service as a USAF
Instructor Pilot and while obtaining a JD in 1979 from Texas Tech University
School of Law in Lubbock, Texas, where he was a member of the Phi
Delta Phi Fraternity. He is currently a real estate broker in Oklahoma,
New Mexico and Texas and actively holds the following Certifications and
Designations: GRI, MRA, SCC, ABR®, CRS, CRB, ABRM™, CIPS, RECS, C-CREC ®,
e-PRO®, SRES® , RFS®, A-REP®, C-REP, M-REP, CM-REP, E-REP®, R-REP, ASR®.
Philip is currently a licensed Mortgage Broker (#38284) in the State of Texas. He serves
or has served on the Board of Directors or as an officer for REEA, TRETA™ and
HIRE™ and currently holds their respective teaching designations of DREI, CREI™
and SCC. He is a Past-President of
the South Central Educators Group, Inc., SCEG, serving Arkansas,
Louisiana, Missouri,
Oklahoma and Texas.
Philip is the also the 2006-2007 President of TRETA, Texas Real Estate
Teachers Association™, which serves leading Texas educators. He personally instructs a litany of real estate
courses including both the ABR®/ ABRM under the REBAC arm of NAR® and the ASR®
under the auspices of RealtyU®. He also instructs the SRES®. He
also currently instructs the REEA “Exam Preparation Course” for the REEA DREI
Designation and is known for a keen intuitive skill of tutoring to the needs of
each individual learner while guiding the entire group through course
objectives. Many numerous awards earned
by Philip Schoewe, REALTOR® include an annual sales record of 194 closings
along with 161 listings with a pinnacle-closing ratio of 99.38% during the
listing periods. Most importantly, Philip has been an active REALTOR®
since November of 1977 bringing 3 decades of realty experience ”in the trenches” directly to
the real estate industry's top real estate blog, realblogging.com in the areas
of law, mortgage loans and career advancement.
Philip Gregory Schoewe also attends
the regional/national conferences as an active member of ARELLO, which is
working with many countries, providing education resources to those countries.
Philip’s international and local
sales and teaching enthusiasm stem from active interests in people, travel,
martial arts, scuba diving, gardening, intercultural affairs and accumulation
of wealth through real estate. His current marketing focus includes the applied
use of global connectivity with an emphasis on customized counseling services,
packaged for global client/customer interaction, for the movement of capital
into and out of the United States for the purpose of wealth accumulation –
“Have solutions – Will Travel”™. This
focus is a result of Philip growing up internationally in France, Germany,
Panama, Turkey while also residing in various parts of the United States of
America in New Jersey, Illinois, Wyoming, Minnesota, New Mexico and Texas,
where he was born in Del Rio, 1950, to Reverend Theodore Milton and Donna
(Loughrey) Schoewe. He currently resides
in Lubbock, Texas. Philip’s Global Education
emphasized International Relations, World Ecology and Spanish while studying in
Universities of Ethiopia, India, Thailand and Japan, graduating 1972, Cum
Laude, from St. Olaf College, Northfield, Minnesota with a BA in Political
Science and Asian Studies along with a commission in the United States Air
Force as a 2nd Lieutenant.
