The Luxury Home Council, a 1600 member group of REALTORS® who specialize in selling luxury homes, announced today the release of a new online version of their popular Accredited Luxury Home Specialist designation course. The ALHS course which will continue to be taught live nationwide includes information on national and local housing trends, specialized luxury buyer and seller needs, development and delivery of unique services, representation, liability and risk management, negotiating, builder services and marketing.

“The new online Accredited Luxury Home Specialist course provides students with a terrific foundation for building a niche in the luxury home field, and best of all, they can take the course from the comforts of their home or office ” said Jim Remley, co-founder of the Luxury Home Council.

What a great way to gain knowledge on an area that you maybe considering going into Luxury Real Estate. To be able to take this course in your own home at your convience is huge. I think anyone in the Luxury Real Estate field would benefit from a course such a s this.
