The answer to your question is no."? We never get refferals for mortgage."? All of our agents are Realtors that write mortgages."? We do give real estate commission rebates at times, but never refferal fees for mortgage and we never collect refferal fees for mortgage."? We do however often collect 25% referral fees for real estate brokerage, but never for mortgage.
