Don't Forget About Your Third Revenue Stream

Residential sales in Southern California are off about 20% from last year."? Interestingly enough sales prices are up in many areas, but there is no doubt sales are slow compared to this time last year.
That means revenue steams are very important not only to you, but to brokers as well."? You should not forget about your 3rd revenue stream."?
Some of you may be wondering -- What is this 3rd revenue stream?
- We all know the first revenue stream comes from real estate commissions.
- The second revenue stream (which surpasses the first due to re-fi loans) is from loan commissions."?
- Your third and potentially your greatest revenue stream of all comes from recruiting."?
Your Broker should have you set up to benefit from all three."? CalFirst Agents receive all 3 revenue streams.
Making $500,000 per year or significantly more from recruiting is very achievable in this market place."? All real estate agents that truly know the business are potentially prime recruiters."?
While all of you have your licenses, you don't need a license to recruit."?
You can do it from anywhere in the country and there is big money in it.
It does not take a lot to add another $500,000 per year to your income regardless of where you live in the country.
The $90,000 phone call -- Tere is one of our recruiting Agents."? A couple of days ago Tere calls me and is very excited."? She says, "Don, I just made a $90,000 phone call."? I landed 3 producing Agents in one recruiting call."? They all 3 want to come to training on Weds.""? Tere's math was accurate."?
