"?Can Make You Money!

A few years back I was doing a drive-by of a property prior to my Marketing"?Presentation (you may call this a listing presentation but I'll share the costly difference in a subsequent posting) which I do to gather valuable intel.
I usually get out of my car, walk the property, take a load of photos then head back to the office to"?craft my Take No Prisoners Presentation. This is when I noticed a weather beaten old collie in the backyard.
Hmm ... note to self, remember to bring dog biscuits to appointment.
When I"?showed up for my 2:30 appointment"?there was"?Mrs. Doubosky waiting at the door with her dog."?We exchanged pleasantries and then I reached into my pocket, pulled out a couple of dog biscuits and with her permission gave them to Rainbow (honest- that was the dog's name).
Well you would have thought that I just handed her the winning lottery ticket with the smile that she gave me. As it turns out, Rainbow is the ONLY family that Mrs. D has left on this green earth.
No presentation, no here is my 13 million point"? marketing plan - it was just "Where do I sign for you to sell my home BECAUSE you were"?the only agent to acknowledge"?my pet."
You too can be a hero to your clients by understanding the emotional attachment that they share with their pets.
Listen to this audio interview with Arden Moore as she shares some valuable tips on dealing with pets throughout the sales process and move."?Make sure that your speakers are turned up: http://www.brokeragentnews.com/audio/expert/moore02.html
All Good Wishes,
