A"?treo of"?contenders are emerging from within and without the industry and each of them are influenced by the new set of rules that I have been calling"?The Ten Commandments of the New Real Estate Economy."? The contenders are:

1. Traditional Brokers -"?owners with major market positions;
2. "Non-Brokers" -"?outsiders using"?the Internet for consumer leads;
3. "Neo-Brokers" -"?new breed"?with no point of reference other than technology;

Each of these "players" is viewing the industry from its unique paradigm and competing for a piece of the revenue trophy."? But all of them have one thing in common; they"?will fall under the governing influence of The Ten Commandments of the New Real Estate Economy."? These commandments are like oracles as powerful and real as the law of gravity.

During my next ten blogs, I will ask you for feedback on each of the Ten Commandments and look forward to growing as a result of your feedback."? In addition, I will post a short two-page document for each of Ten Commandments for your review and feedback."? For this particular blog, I will list the commandments as I have written them and include an attachment of them.

These are my Ten Commandments of the New Real Estate Economy for owners."? I will post a corresponding business operating principle paper for each of them in the weeks ahead.

9. Thou shalt not self-capitalize, but extract: Principal ="?Capital Extraction
