Frankly the thought of not having at least one back up gives me the willies now. I usually have 2 one in that I will use in the same computer and one that I will take to another come and create another copy.
Had an ailing drive render the disk unreadable but fortunately had my second backup copy to get my contacts from. Have been faithful to two backups ever since.
