- Use a general spam filter such as Microsoft if you must.
- Have multiple emails outside your office environment so you can control what get to your box."? Don't let your company dictate your in box."? They did not risk your marketing dollars
- Set up a system to verbally respond to all emails within 20 minutes
- When using auto responders, don't not use language such as I will get back to you later."? I would use such statements as My pledge to you and all my customers is that I will call you within 20 minutes _ I GUARANTEE IT!."? In the interim feel free to browse my site that has wonderful information and listings regarding buying and selling homes.
It does not need to be difficult, just put yourself in the place of the customer.
