  • Internet leads

According to the just released 2006 Realtor"? Technology Survey, internet leads are the third highest source of leads for Realtors following only referrals and repeat business. The percentage of respondents receiving leads from the internet increased from 30% in 2005 to 42% in 2006. According to the survey, however, only 21% of the respondents are satisfied with the number of internet leads they receive. In addition, less than 15% of those participating in a lead generation program are satisfied with the results.
