Got Momentum?

If you need a little momentum in any aspect of your life start with something small that you can control and write it down."? Select a few things from each aspect of your life, business, personal, financial whatever it is that you are trying to improve and build momentum.

Let's say you want to being more physically fit."? Today do 25 situps and 10 pushups, tomorrow do 30 situps and 12 pushups ... continue this few extra everyday and write it down.

Business anyone"?? Make 1 call to a past client, send one personal note to someone in your sphere."? Tomorrow make 2 calls and send 2 personal notes and so-on."? Don't try and do it all at once, do a little more each and every day.

This builds momentum and gives you a sense of accomplishment."? All the activities in are lives can be broken into these small success oriented habits that can be conquered one day at a time.

As time progresses you will reach a point were these are just everyday normal things you do ... problems arise when you stop and procrastinate to the point were you no longer believe you can do it again."? Many of us are Diesel Powered Railroad Engines, hard to get moving but once going hard to stop ... Never stop, slowing down is OK (vacation) but never stop.
