Accountability, Accountability, Accountability
August 30, 2007 by Allen WrightIf Location, Location, Location is the mantra of successful real estate than accountability, accountability, accountability must be the mantra of a successful salesperson. In this business, and any business that requires regular activities to create a funnel of opportunities accountability is key.
What are you doing to hold yourself accountable for your performance? This starts by understanding your business model and how you generate income, specifically the activities you routinely perform. The second step of accountability, albeit the hardest, is recording these activities each and every week. The business metrics generated from such written accounts of your activities will serve two purposes. First to keep you focused on the actions required to meet your goal. Second is to help identify those activities that work and those that should be re-evaluated.
Accountability is the basis of any business that depends on activities to generate business ... if you are the lucky person that just has to show-up to get business than thank your lucky stars ... for the rest of us let's get busy www.CreateAPlan.com
